YAMUNA BODY ROLLING (YBR)

Yamuna Body Rolling aka YBR was founded by MASTER, HEALER and VISIONARY Yamuna Zake.  "Yamuna took a  ball, used it as a substitute for her hands, and worked on her own body.  What followed was the birth of Yamuna Body Rolling.  Another simple, original, and profound idea that hit home because it works.  And thus was launched one of the most relevant, new and accessible body freedom training tools commercially available" -Yamuna Studio
